Location:
26700 Avenida Del Oro, Temecula, CA 92590, 1.5 hours southeast of LA. Ideal for a weekend getaway.

Type:
Private fruit orchard villa with a stargazing log cabin, offering a secluded environment in a private valley.

Size:
4 bedrooms: master with king-size bed, 2 secondary bedrooms (queen and full), and a children’s room with 2 twin beds. The house has 5 beds, 2 bathrooms, and covers 1,800 square feet. It accommodates 8 people; extra guests are $100 each.

2. Amenities

Living Facilities:
Bathrooms come with essentials like shampoo, conditioner, soap, and a hairdryer. The kitchen includes modern appliances and a Dyson vacuum. There’s also a washer and dryer.

Entertainment:
Smart TV, free Wi-Fi, and family sofas. The yard has a BBQ grill, and the terrace is great for stargazing.

3. Reservation Information

Price and Deposit:
The price covers the entire property. A $400 deposit is required and refunded within 1-3 business days after check-out if no damage occurs.

Check-in and Check-out Time:
Check-in is after 4:00 PM; check-out is before 11:00 AM.

Airbnb Reservation Policy:
2-night minimum for Friday and Saturday bookings. 1-night stays are available for other days. Cancel 7+ days before check-in for a 50% refund.

Other Matters:
At check-out, place trash by the roadside, clean dishes, turn off lights, and lock the door. Additional fruit is available for purchase at farm prices: $2.5 per pound for sweet oranges, $2 for lemons.
